(2) If you what you need is solid veneer door , sructure will be like below.

Panel : MDF+0.7mm wood veneer

(3) If you what you need is composite wood door , sructure will be like below.
Stile &Rail :Fir wood +3cm MDF
Panel : MDF+0.7mm wood veneer
