Inside Structure:
1) Frame:eucalypt solid wood ,timber close fine,uniform texture,polishing is excellent,smooth surface,Role long shelf life,strength,durability.not curly,beautiful with age..The main wood is 3*9 and 5*5 cm thickness while the assistant is 3*5cm, all the frame are 4 sides polished and specially treated by druggery to prevent bristletail and mould,11%-13% humidity which meet the international requirement.
2)Sponge: 35-40 degree high density,environmental friendly,good flexibility,general soft type, non-deformation,
with insulation,heat insulation,shock absorption,flame retardant,antistatic,breathable,high spring back properties,widly used to make mattresses,sofas,cushions and other furniture.
3) Spring:Metal S-shaped springs
4)Band: the rubber band 10 cm wide,highly elastic,better play the role of supporting the frame

1)Before the order to be confirmed, we should check the material& color of fabric by sample
2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning;
3) Every sofa quality checked& cleaned before packing;
4) Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality;

How to maintain fabric sofa?
1.daily clean:use towel or small vacuum to suck the dust.
2.clean the fabric sheath at set intervals , dry cleaning is better choice.
3.use sofa cleaner to tidy the cover every year.
