Some pros and cons of each type of mattresses
1) Latex
Pros
Natural, Anti-microbial, good breathability, good orthopedic support, allergy free
Cons
Only high dense latex provides good support, but more expensive; do not consider a cheap latex mattress for proper support and hygienic reasons; less breathability than spring mattress, retains heat and humidity in summer, good density latex tends to have a harder surface, creating pressures on shoulder and hip and reducing blood circulations.
Latex is similar to rubber, tends to be bumpy; movements can be transferred cross the sleeping surface. Latex mattress normally has a “new bed” smell that will last for a year or two.

Pros
Good conformity to your body retains your body temperature; reduces pressures on shoulder and hip, increasing blood circulations.
Cons
Again, only high dense MF provides good conformity and support to your body, but more costly, and usually high density means harder sleeping surface and less plush, resulting shoulders being compressed towards your neck while sleeping on your sides. Cheap MF mattresses don’t have anti-microbial features, and will be rotten out in 3-4 years, and normally are low in density, not providing proper support. Not good breathability, increasing your sleeping temperature in summer. MF mattresses too have a fragrant smell that will last for one tow years.

Pros

Cons
Only coils properly treated with high-temper process can provide long lasting support(over 10-15 years), but more costly; Cheap spring mattresses aren’t treated with anti-microbial technology, exposing health and allergy danger to you and your children. Less stylish to match modern home decoration; Heavier to handle; Also have a new bed smell, lasts form 3 to 6 moths depending on the amount of fillings.
