Construction: (all environmentally friendly and quality materials).
a): Full dried solid tropical hardwood frame, undergone anti-worm and polish treatment. Humidity control between 12%--15% (international ocean transport standard).
b): Metal coil springs and fabric rubber with rust and moisture proofing treatment.
c): High density elasticity foam: D40-D45 for cushions,D30 for back and armrest, noted for its coziness and long durability.
d): Spring-bonded cotton between the leather and foam, no sagging.
e): UK BS5852 and USA CA117 fire retardant foam available.
3. Packing
a): Inner layer: white polyester bag + Middle layer kraft pad + outer layer plastic bag.
b): Foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection.
c): The legs are removed and packed separately.
4. Estimated delivery maybe affected by holidays.
5. If you order sample at first, we will add some sample fee, but will refund you in mass production.
6. If you want the Fumigation Certificate by Issued Signed and Stamped by Government Authorities. will charge USD90/container.
